Personal Training Sessions

You will be allocated a full time personal trainer who will work with you one on one, once per week as well as ensuring you have the programme structure to use the rest of the time you are in the gym

Stay Mobile

Whilst generally understands the importance of staying mobile, flexible and injury free, few people give make time for it. You will receive a 1hr Sports Therapy Session each month to ensure you can make the most of your efforts and keep you pain free.

Assured Progress

With regular measurements, reports and check-ins, we will ensure you are always heading in the right direction. And if your progress goes off track, we can quickly guide you back in the right direction.

No Intimidation or Restrictions

With limited access at all times & over 700sq.ft per person & plentiful equipment, you will never be put in a claustrophobic situation, a position of intimidation or feel lost or without direction or help.

There is very limited access to this membership tier. As it is so hands on and gives access to all elements of the gym, we have had to limit the number of people at this level to 8 at any given time.

Personal Training Service

There are few people who are extremely successful, in any field, who didn’t have a coach or a mentor. 

Working directly with a PT can be the greatest investment you could make for your fitness journey.

However, it is often seen as a large outlay and, therefore, too big a financial risk to take, especially with someone who you don’t know and only have their word for the results you will obtain and the difference they will make. 

The average cost to hire a PT in the UK is £50-60 per session. Outside London it’s closer to £40-50. And although that can be an investment that is more than worth its value, it’s hard to put faith in that from the off. There are trainers on the lower end of the scale, but there has to be a reason why that is and so you are left with the worry of over spending with no guarantee of achievement. 

With this membership option, you receive a one to one PT session every week and the cost of the membership is cheaper than the individual cost of this element alone based on the average costs. 

So, not only are you saving on the Personal Training element, but everything else is, in effect, free. Yet each element, individually, adds significant value.

And because we keep our member base small and the group sizes to a manageable size, we are able to get to know all our attendees extremely well and therefore tailor things appropriately as the bookings for each session come in.

And even for those who don’t regularly attend, sometimes stepping in to simply break the monotony of a rigid training plan can make for a fantastic psychological boost and allow progress to continue with renewed vigour thereafter.

Our facility has numerous membership & usage options in an attempt to ensure, whatever you need to succeed, we provide.

If you choose not to take any action and continue complaining that you ‘wish’ you could see the changes you’ve been looking for, that’s down to you. You could take the time to ‘think about it’ until all the membership slots are gone and give yourself another excuse not to do anything. And, in a year’s time, when things are worse than they are now, you can then spend your time wishing you’d taken that first step.

Everyone involved has agreed to a very large cut in pay to make this possible.

Perhaps such a full on service is currently out of your reach. But there are still options available.

I’d suggest taking a look at our studio membership options or just coming along to a group training session for only £6 (£4 for the Scorch sessions).
