The Ultimate Suite of Strength & Conditioning Training
After much discussion with our members, our new suite of group training sessions is in now live.
As with our entire approach, the aim it to deliver what you need and what best serves you, not just sticking on fitness classes and hoping who turns up.
So this diary will continually evolve and adapt, along with the sessions themselves, to meet your needs. If you’d like to see more of something, have times altered or if we are missing any elements, just let us know.
